The loader download is account-protected. You need to be signed in with at least one active license, and the current release must be available.
- Prepare your system.
Complete the system requirements and restart after installing the runtimes.
- Open your dashboard.
Sign in and check your subscriptions on the Overview page.
- Go to Download.
Follow the Requirements, Download, and Setup guide steps, then select Download loader.
Check that your license is active. If the release is temporarily unavailable, try again later or contact support. Download limits also apply.
First launch #
- Open one copy of the loader.
Close duplicate windows. Follow the trusted release’s setup instructions; only approve administrator access for a file you trust.
- Use your Valhanna account.
Sign in with the same credentials you use on this website.
- Choose your active product.
Your available products depend on the active licenses on your account. If a product is missing, check Licenses & access.
If Windows blocks the file, keep protection enabled and send the detection details to support.
Keeping up to date #
Download the current release from the dashboard when you need a new copy. Check Product status for availability reported by the Valhanna team.
If setup fails, start with the troubleshooting checklist. Include the exact message in a support ticket if the problem continues.
