Before opening the loader, take a moment to prepare your system.
- Use a Windows device and install current Windows updates.
- Check that Windows date, time, and time zone are correct.
- Have a working internet connection for sign-in and entitlement checks.
- Make sure your Valhanna account has an active license for the product you want.
Requirements can vary by release. If you’re unsure whether your system is supported, include your Windows version and product name in a support request before proceeding.
Required runtimes #
The Download tab lists the runtime components used during setup. Use the official Microsoft resources below, install the components your system needs, then restart Windows.
After restarting, continue to Download & setup.
Stay protected #
Keep Windows Security and other protection tools enabled. If a file is blocked, review the detection and contact support with the exact message. Do not disable your security software or bypass a warning to continue.
Use your dashboard for the current loader rather than files sent through direct messages or unofficial mirrors.
