VHCoins are the credits used to request product licenses. The Wallet tab separates available coins from coins reserved for requests awaiting review.
Ready to use
Coins you can put toward a new license request.
Awaiting review
Coins held for a pending purchase, not yet available to spend again.
To add credits, choose Buy VHCoins in Wallet and submit a Buy Wallet ticket. Credits are added after an administrator reviews the request; submitting a ticket does not instantly credit the wallet.
Open your wallet
Request a license #
- Choose a game and product.
Open Buy in the dashboard to browse available products.
- Choose an available duration.
Review the VHCoin price and make sure your available balance covers the request.
- Submit and wait for review.
The coins are reserved while the request is pending. Track the request in License requests.
After review #
| Request status | What happens next |
|---|---|
| Pending | Your request is awaiting administrator approval. The coins remain reserved. |
| Approved | Your license key appears in License requests. Redeem it on the same account to activate access. |
| Rejected | Your reserved coins are returned. Review the note on the request for more information. |
For a billing question, open a private ticket and include the request details. Never send passwords or payment credentials.
